When you contact us to resolve a problem, our first step is to diagnose the nature of the problem as quickly as possible. 90% of the time it is possible to do this over the telephone or via email. In difficult cases, we will have to call to your premises in person to diagnose the problem. Once the problem has been diagnosed, we will provide you with a "fix-by" date and an accurate estimate of the costs. If you decide to go ahead with our proposed resolution, we guarantee to meet our committments to you in terms of date and cost. For individuals or companies who frequently suffer PC problems, we offer a number of support packages to suit every budget. If you subscribe to any of packages, we will provide you with 24-hour telephone support. We will also undertake to resolve as many of your problems over the telephone / via email as possible. This service dramatically reduces your "down-time", and gives you a greater level of knowledge when it comes to resolving future PC problems.
